Law firms are no different. In fact, the stakes are often higher.

Most people reach out to firms under stress and make decisions based on how that first interaction makes them feel.

Attorneys can be intimidating, and nine times out of ten, if the interaction goes poorly, people don't leave a review or give feedback - they move on to the next firm.

I knew I wanted to create IntakeCheck, but the idea to focus on law firms came from my husband, who happens to be an attorney.

Our goal is simple: help firms turn a first impression into a lasting relationship.​
